VoiceFold Account and Data Deletion

VoiceFold is operated by CodeSper LLC. VoiceFold users may request deletion of their VoiceFold account and associated eligible data at any time.

Delete Your Account in the VoiceFold App

If you still have access to VoiceFold, you can initiate account deletion directly from the app:

1. Open VoiceFold.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps.

Deleting your account initiates deletion of eligible personal information and VoiceFold content associated with your account, subject to the limited retention described below.

Request Account Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to VoiceFold, have uninstalled the app, or are otherwise unable to use the in-app deletion option, request deletion by contacting support@codesperpro.com.

Please use the subject VoiceFold Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account so we can identify the correct account.

Do not send your password, authentication codes, recordings, transcripts, or other sensitive information by email. We may need to verify your authority to request deletion before completing the request.

What Data Is Deleted

When a valid account-deletion request is completed, CodeSper takes reasonable steps to delete eligible personal information and VoiceFold content associated with the account from active VoiceFold systems, including as applicable:

• Account and profile information
• VoiceFold user identifiers
• Transcripts, summaries, insights, highlights, and action items
• Ask AI questions and responses
• Speaker-related information
• Recording titles, notes, and categories
• Eligible recording-related data and other VoiceFold content associated with the account

Where information must be retained for the limited purposes described below, including security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, transaction records, or accounting requirements, retention and use are restricted to those purposes. Information processed by service providers on our behalf may also be subject to applicable deletion procedures and retention requirements.

Guest Data

VoiceFold may provide limited guest access without requiring Apple or Google sign-in. Guest information may be associated with an anonymous account, your device, local application storage, or a guest identifier.

Where available, VoiceFold controls may let you remove locally stored guest data. For help requesting deletion of eligible guest-associated information maintained by VoiceFold, contact support@codesperpro.com with the subject VoiceFold Guest Data Deletion Request.

Information We May Retain

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or permitted by law for:

• Fraud and abuse prevention
• Security and account protection
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Tax and accounting obligations
• Transaction and subscription records
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of our Terms
• Backup and disaster-recovery systems

Retained information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes. Deletion from backups, platform systems, and service-provider systems may require additional time where technically necessary or allowed by law.

Apple iCloud Data

On supported Apple devices, VoiceFold may let you save eligible audio recordings in its private iCloud container when optional iCloud backup is enabled.

Where supported by VoiceFold's account-deletion functionality, eligible audio in the private iCloud container may also be removed during account deletion. Some iCloud-related information may remain subject to Apple's systems, retention practices, and account settings.

Subscriptions

Deleting your VoiceFold account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through the platform where you purchased it:

• Apple App Store for subscriptions purchased on Apple devices
• Google Play for subscriptions purchased through Google Play

Deleting the app or your VoiceFold account does not automatically guarantee cancellation of an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

After Account Deletion

Account deletion may be permanent. Once eligible account information and content have been permanently deleted, they may not be recoverable.

Some operations may require a reasonable period to propagate through active systems, backups, service providers, and platform services.
